Laguna Golf Apartments & Villas, Vilamoura
My first post is with regard to a development we opened in July 2009 for holiday rentals in Vilamoura.
The Development
Laguna Golf Apartments & Villas is made up of 32 one, two and three bedroom apartments with some of the two and three bedroom apartments having their own private rooftop and Jacuzzis.
There are also 13 linked villas with own gardens, BBQ, private parking and private rooftop with Jacuzzi.
All properties are fully furnished to a very high standard and kitchens come with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The lounge has telephone, WiFi and cable shown on a 32 LCD TV so you have plenty of entertainment. If you want to venture out, all villas come with private rooftop terrace and Jacuzzi for your to enjoy.
Safety
The development is a closed gated condominium with remote control electric gates and has private and underground parking with storage facilities.
All properties have smoke detectors, fire alarm, fire blanket and fire extinguisher as well as having video surveillance for visitors controlling main gates.
Facilities
On-site facilities include 22 meter swimming pool, children's pool and poolside Jacuzzi. For those wishing to keep fit we have an unattended gymnasium with toilets and changing rooms.
For those who just wish to relax you will find ample sun-loungers and a poolside bar to serve you drinks and snacks and will have a full restaurant for 2010.
All apartments are serviced by 2 lifts as well as four stairwells.

The 24-hour reception is there to assist you and is complemented by a full concierge team who can arrange discounted golf, car-hire, trips, excursions and anything else that you require.

Laguna Golf Apartments and Villas is an official four star rated tourist development which is the highest rating available and offers great rates all year round and for property owners a 5% guarantee on their original investment for the first two years.
All properties are fully licensed and have full accounting services included in the Condominium fees, the benefit is that the Condominium fees are always paid before monies distributed and therefor guaranteeing the standards of the development and that the appropriate taxes are paid.
All these properties are fully licensed.

Laguna Golf Apartments & Villas Lda is the management company which is a joint venture between Tecniger S.A. the developers and Ideias Silenciosas Lda a property management and marketing company.
Laguna Golf Apartments & Villas Lda runs the day-to-day operations of the resort and is responsible for ensuring the quality and upkeep of not only the outside areas but also inside as well.
Through the joint venture we now market the development through a number of agencies such as Med Hotels and lastminute.com who are part of the Thomas Cook Group.
